Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for acquiring, organizing, uploading and
indexing State and regional medical utilization databases. Direct and
participate in the development of data partnerships with State agencies,
regional healthcare consortia and specialized healthcare organizations.
Serve as a customer service resource in the access to and interpretation
of State databases.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years progressive responsibility experience in project
management and customer service with healthcare databases. Bachelors
degree required, Masters degree or equivalent preferred. Strong
organizational skills necessary must be able to manage and prioritize
concurrent projects. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience with Oracle, Citrix, SAS and Powerbuilder plus Microsoft
Office essential.
Responsibilities: Leadership opportunity. This position
is responsible for the planning and design of the advanced database
warehouse architecture for SMA. Ability to demonstrate expert skills
in designing, developing and testing of the database operations, to
support internal advisory services for clients and direct database access
by customers. Team leadership for the data resources of the organization.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the concepts and practical project
management of software development and integration.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years experience in healthcare
database warehouse operations. Bachelors degree required, Masters
strongly preferred. Extensive knowledge of SQL, Linux, Oracle, Powerbuilder,
Citrix essential. MCSE strongly preferred. Ability to lead in the development
of ASP components. Detailed knowledge of Windows NT/2000 Advanced Server
in a network environment.

Responsibilities: Regional field sales responsibility.
Required to be able to develop a business pipeline, using pre-qualified
leads developed by internal telesales staff. Advanced skills in developed
a strategic selling plan for each qualified prospect and experience
in negotiation to achieve contract closure. Within 6 months of completion
of orientation and sales training, be positioned to achieve annual sales
of $1M.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in healthcare
or related field with minimum of 3 years sales experience with healthcare
information systems or products. Knowledge of healthcare planning and
market research methodologies. Excellent presentation, sales and negotiating
skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and healthcare
database systems.
Responsibilities: Leadership role in development of new
and enhanced software products for healthcare planning and market research.
Responsible for the definition of product requirements, features and
priorities. Market research within the existing customer base and the
industry. Capable of developing protocols for the development of new
products, working in tandem with software engineers and programmers.
Wide industry experience for the purpose of sustaining a competitive
profile of planning and market research products.
Qualifications: Masters degree required, MCSE preferred.
Minimum of 4 plus years experience in software development for healthcare
systems. Strong technical experience in database development. Demonstrated
experience analyzing product development opportunities and product development
management. Capacity to organize and focus a development team, lead
their performance on a timeline, test the product and train other professional
staff in the utilization of the emerging product.
