SMA Informatics provides a National ASC Payment Calculator for CY 2008 as a service for our clients.

The SMA ASC calculator which permits the User to calculate the payment rate for 10 HCPCS for any of the more than 4600 ASCs in the US.

Additionally, we have provided PDF formatted files which expand on three elements used with the calculator:

1. Complete list of HCPCS codes approved for payment during CY 2008
2. Directory of ASC Facilities
3. Table of Payment Indicators Used within the Calculator
